I used chicken broth to make polenta (mmmm....polenta) tonight. Maia was watching as I measured out the 3 1/2 cups of broth.
Her comment? "Juice!"
My response, "Chicken juice."
Her reply, "Delicious chicken juice."
Yes Maia, delicious chicken juice.
